As a real estate agent working independently as a self employed agent or with a Real Estate company as my employer, I (the “Agent”) agree that by claiming and accepting this Customer Lead from Memorable Dubai ( Real World Technologies Ltd ) and subsequently closing a transaction with this Customer Lead, I am bound to a 25% commission split payment obligation to Memorable Dubai. These Smart Leads include any consumer(s) that is (are) interested to Buy, Sell or Rent and is(are) are claimed by me as Customer Lead from Memorable Dubai for the purpose of a real estate transaction. By participating in the Memorable Dubai lead referral program and by claiming this Smart Lead, I understand that I am obligated to pay 25% share of gross commission for any transactions executed with this Customer Lead within a period of 12 calendar months (the “The Coverage Period”) from the date of claiming this lead, notwithstanding a termination in my relationship with my current estate agency or any other employer.

I understand and accept that this commission share payment must be made within 7 days of commission being received by me or my company. I understand that Memorable Dubai retains the right to contact me individually for payment of the commission share amount owed and to notify any new Company/Agency that I enter into a contractual relationship with, of my obligations (including providing a copy of this Agent Referral Agreement). As Memorable Dubai has sourced, qualified and provided this Customer Lead to me, I understand that Memorable Dubai also retains the right to contact the Smart Lead regarding their property transaction and any outstanding payment obligation.

I understand that by claiming this lead I am personally liable for the fulfilment of the commissions share obligation to Memorable Dubai as detailed in these terms and conditions.
